ZEN

Zenozy is a luxurious 76 sq.m (818 sq.ft.) two-bed apartment in a lovely area of Corfu Town, Kerkyra.

For us, the creators of Zenozy, this apartment was love at first sight:

• Perfect location: right next to the old town, in an authentic local neighbourhood, right next to a park full with tall pine trees and singing birds.
• Perfect aura: airy and light, with stunning views both to the east and the west (sunset).
• Practicality: with many shops at walking distance and a residential parking space (almost impossible to find down-town).

Our renovation project was underpinned by three main principles:

• Harmony: maximise the apartment's amazing aura of tranquility.
• Functionality: combine modern luxury with comfort and practicality.
• Creativity: design a working area to inspire arts, science and remote work.

So, Zenozy was created: a place full of Zen vibes designed for our guests to enjoy their stay to the maximum, and for us the creators (during more quiet times of the year).

Zenozy is influenced by modern industrial motives, boasting:

• A high quality bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, double wash-hand basins.
• All bedrooms are equipped with Air Cons, Large smart TVs, wardrobes, and heat-pump radiators.
  
• Netflix in all TVs (living room and the bedrooms)
• A creative office space (2-meter wide workstation with two office chairs, and an HDMI supplied monitor).
• A fully equipped kitchen (integrated appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, dishwasher)
• Laundry and self-care including a washing machine, clothes air driers, hair-dryer, iron.
